The Armidale Circle The Royal Sydney Philatelic Club
About Us
The Armidale Circle was founded in 1970 as a country group within The Royal Sydney Philatelic Club.
Our members' philatelic interests are wide and varied, the club caters for the beginner, the intermediate and the advanced collectors well as thematic and specialist collectors.
Opportunities are available at most meetings for members to display some of their material, ask questions and gain advice from other members.
Meeting Time
Regular meetings of the Club are held at 7.45 pm on the second Wednesday of each month, except December and January. Visitors are welcome at these meetings.
Meeting Place
Upstairs Meeting Room, Hughes House (behind Kent House), 141 Faulkner Street, Armidale NSW.
How to get there
Armidale is located on the Northern Tablelands of NSW. It is midway between Sydney and Brisbane on the New England Highway.
Membership fees
Annual fees are: Single $25, Family $35 and The Armidale Circle Bulletin only $15. These fees include 10 issues our full colour Bulletin of six A4 pages and, for our members, affiliation with The Royal Sydney Philatelic Club (including four issues of their Journal) and all postage.
Special Events
Annual Dinner and AGM held in July each year.
